- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add the chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them evenly in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for deeper flavor).
- Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. If using a skillet, add a small drizzle of olive oil to prevent sticking.
- Remove chicken from the marinade and let the excess drip off. Cook for 5–7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking to lock in juices. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve warm. Optional: Serve with tzatziki sauce for dipping!
Notes
For best results, allow the chicken to marinate for at least an hour. Serve with a Greek salad or pita bread for a complete meal.
