Ingredients

Instructions
- Bring tri-tip to room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- Season generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add optional seasonings like smoked paprika, rosemary, or chili powder as desired.
- Lightly coat tri-tip with olive oil spray.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes.
- Place seasoned tri-tip in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer to check internal temperature: 130-135°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium, and 155°F for medium-well.
- Remove tri-tip and let rest for 10-15 minutes.
- Slice against the grain and serve.
