Tender, juicy steak bites served with a rich, creamy Alfredo tortellini for a decadent meal that’s fast and restaurant-worthy.
Ingredients

- 1½ lbs steak bites
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 (20 oz) package cheese tortellini
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt 3 tbsp butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add steak bites and sear 2-3 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your liking. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter over medium heat. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in grated Parmesan and cook until sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Toss cooked tortellini in the Alfredo sauce until coated.
- Plate the creamy tortellini and top with steak bites. Spoon extra garlic butter from pan over steak for added richness.
Notes
For extra richness, add a splash of white wine to the Alfredo sauce. Swap Parmesan for Pecorino Romano if desired.
